A two row Australian Barley providing a robust, malty aroma, with a rich coppery colour, and strong nutty flavours. It adds depth and body to beer without creating extra sweetness. Munich malt builds a more flavourful background for any beer.

Munich malt is ideal for any German style beer particularly Dark Lagers, Bock, and Oktoberfest Ales

Use up to 50% in any Bock for a greater malt flavour.
