To make homebrew cream liqueur, add 250mls warm water to large mixing jug. Then add the Cream Liquer Base contents very slowly, while stirring thoroughly with a whisk. Add alcohol as indicated on the Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Flavour bottle up to 1.125L (40oz) with water.
