Morgan's Brewing sanitize is a mixture of demineralised water and hydrogen peroxide.
When used as instructed it is a no rinse sanitizer.
It is not recommended to be used in conjunction to Meta-bisulphite washing agent as the resulting chemical reaction may neutralise each other to create no sanitisation protection during fermentation.
Warwick's Brewing Supplies recommends for it to be used in conjunction to Morgan's Lo-Suds detergent.
