(1) The Terms of Service identified by this policy document are applicable to both Registered Users and Guest Users.

(2) By using this site, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or age of majority in your state or province of residence and you are legally eligible to purchase home brew goods.

(3) Warwick's Brewing Supplies advises goods sold through its online sales channel and other sales channels may vary for: range, product availability, handling fees, delivery or collection fees, or product price.

(4) Warwick's Brewing Supplies policy across its sales channels cannot supply Home brew orders to Dry Communities where Alcohol and Home Brew Equipment are officially banned by Local Community Bodies, or State and Federal Government programs or policies.

(5) Warwick's Brewing Supplies Sales Policy is that the advertised sale price of a home brew product or service includes GST as required by Australian Law.  Products or services listed by the Australian Tax Office as a Scheduled GST free product or service are GST exempt.

(6) Warwick's Brewing Supplies Sales Policy is that payment to our e-store by a non-regional customer requires payment of: the good's sale price, logistics service charges, packaging recover costs, and handling fees. If a regional customer elects to collect their purchase logistic services payment and packaging costs are not required.

(7) Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store advises international customers the advertised price does not include international freight, import duties and/or other applicable tarriffs, international delivery charges, or VAT tax applicable to the destination country.

(8) Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store advises that a condition of purchase is that for non-regional customers goods are freighted to the purchaser using registered logistics providers who track freight deliveries.

(9) The placing of goods into a shopping basket is a purchaser offer to buy. Such offer may be discarded at any time without penalty to the purchaser.

(10) Advertised goods, prices, and services costs offer an invitation to purchase to customers. Such invitation may be varied for price or service conditions until a Contract of Sale occurs between Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store and the purchaser.

(11) A Contract of Sale occurs when Warwicks's Brewing Supplies online store accepts a customer's shopping cart purchase after Financial Services have validated the purchase prior to consignment.

(12) The purchaser will be notified by email of Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store acceptance of their shopping cart purchase in the form a consignment confirmation.

(13) Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store may apply minimum or maximum purchase limits during a given time frame on an advertised home brew product or sale item.

(14) Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store may at its discretion amend the price offered for any goods item not under sale contract.

(15) Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store does not offer refund for: an item not matching the issued purchase invoice, goods heavily used before return, goods returned with unstated damage or unauthorised repairs, hardware with broken manufacturer seals, goods missing components, goods with damaged packaging, or goods lost during return to make a refund claim.

(16) Manufacturer warranty or Fit for Purpose warranty will commence on the date of purchase as identified by a purchase transaction record.

(17) The home brew goods available for purchase are warrantied for domestic use only. Manufacturer kits or bundles are Quality Assured and inspected to ensure offered kits or bundles are complete prior to customer purchase.

(18) Goods with manufacturer warranty will be warrantied as stated by the manufacturer. Goods without manufacturer warranty have a  thirty (30) day fit for purpose replacement guarantee if they suffer a major manufacturing fault preventing them  from being used.

(19) If warranty repairs create a combination of old and new components in the warrantied equipment then the warranty retains the original expiry date as set by a purchase invoice date.

(20) A warranty is not perpetual under Australian Common Law. It starts at the commencement date of original purchase and terminates in accordance with manufacturer advice or Government regulations. Repair or replacement of goods does not extend a warranty.

(21) In compliance with the Australian and New Zealand food standards products with a shelf life greater than two years are not required to display BBE tags or best before dating.

(22) Data from all purchases is recorded and stored as required by the Australian Taxation Office. The information customers provide is confidential and protected by law. Persons who attempt to gain unlawful access are blocked and reported to authorities. (23) Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store advises the purchaser to retain copies of all documents, item descriptions, emails and invoice receipts etc relevant to purchases to support any claims if needed.

(24) The information on this web site is provided "as is" and on an "ongoing basis" and to our best knowledge conveys current information including information provided by home brew goods suppliers, service providers, or manufacturers.

(25) The goods and services, or goods prices offered for e-trade may not be the same as those offered by other registered trading entities operating under ABN 14 471 157 928.

(26) Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store is incapable of influencing the speed at which automated third party search engines  amend their published information.  Force Majeure applies to information offered by such search engines.

(27) The customer will indemnify Warwick's Brewing Supplies and its sales channels as permitted by law against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to, the use of this e-sales facility or any site linked to it. This limitation applies to all direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses you or others may suffer, including for loss of profits, business interruption or loss or corruption of data or information due to use of this e-sales facility.

(28) Your freight order will normally be consigned within 14 working days of formal advice from financial service providers of a successful purchase transaction. A predicted delivery date of freight is "not" a contractual agreement. The cost price of freight is influenced by a third party who may amend charges without notice.

(29) If stock becomes unavailable for reasons outside of our control ( Force Majure) during financial processing of a shopping cart order  the customer will: be advised as soon a possible by email to facilitate cancelling of the order; be provided a full refund; or negotiate a later delivery.

(30) A sale may be cancelled by Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store and monies refunded to the purchaser in circumstances where Force Majeure has been considered to have occurred regarding: impossibility to supply, legality of delivery location, or legality of the sale.

(31) If you do not agree with the terms or conditions of sale identified in the shopping cart do not continue to process your payment. All purchases require the customer to formally indicate whether they agree to the conditions listed.

(32) Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store uses tracked freight services to protect customer’s purchases. Delivery data is recorded by logistics service providers for delivery date, delivery location, and persons accepting the delivery.

(33) Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store reserves the right to: charge an inspection fee for returned goods if not faulty, charge return freight to the purchaser of returned non-faulty goods, decline an offer to buy if the purchaser has breached the terms and conditions identified.
