Refund will occur if consigned product can not be used for its stated purpose.

Refund will occur if product received vastly different to the product advertised.

Refund will occur if product has a manufacturing fault preventing it from being used.

Refund will occur if product is unsafe to use.

Refund will occur if Refund Form is lodged no later than 14 days after Purchase Date.

Refund will occur if Change of Mind Refund is requested for "non-food" items only.

"Free Return" means the purchaser will be refunded without penalty the advertised sale price of the purchased item.
