Alcotec 48hr Turbo Yeast
Alcotec 48hr turbo yeast is recommended to be added below 25C. Will ferment 9kg of sugar between 18C - 24C. Do not use airlock with this yeast. Fermentation can be enhanced with the use of Turbo Carbon.
*To produce a 21% ABV wash fermentation temperature must not exceed 24C.*
