Return and Refund Terms

 
(1) Return or Refund for lost or not fit for purpose goods must be undertaken within 14 days of delivery.
      
(2) If an Authority To Leave (ATL) has been used the purchaser waives the right to make a lost or missing goods claim.
      
(3) A "Damaged Goods on Delivery" claim requires a completed claims form and photographic evidence to be submitted within 24hrs of delivery.
      
(4) Free Return when offered will be in the form of a Logistics Company consignment note to be attached to the goods packaged for Return.
      
(5) Free Return offers refund of the advertised sale price of goods. It does not include fees paid to a third party.
      
(6) Refund or replacement is not available for consigned edible consumables products used to manufacture food or drink items.
      
(5) Refund or Replacement is as listed. NB. Damaged or broken glassware will require a freight insurance claim within 24hrs of delivery as part of the claim process. We can not control when such claim is processed.
      
(a) Refund or Replacement will occur if product received on consignment can not be used for its stated purpose.
(b) Refund or Replacement will occur if product consigned has a manufacturing fault preventing it from being used.
(c) Refund or Replacement will occur if the product consigned does not match the advertised product description. Excludes manufacturer product upgrades.
(d) Refund or Replacement will occur if product consigned is identified by a qualified person as unsafe when consigned.
(e) Refund or Replacement will occur if product consigned can not perform the proposed purpose identified by the vendor.
(f) Refund or Replacement of any glassware requires an insurance claim with goods freight providers.
      
(6) Refund is not available for the fees paid to a third party during purchase or delivery.
      
(7) We endeavour to pack glassware to endure transit however breakages may occur. We can not control the actions of freight providers. Force Majure may apply to glass goods delivery.
        
(8) Refund or Replacement is not available for returned goods which do not match the goods allocated sale invoice.
      
(9) Refund or Replacement is not available for returned hardware which demonstrates significant use prior to making a claim.
     
(10) Refund or Replacement is not available for returned small packaged goods which have been opened or packing damaged rendering the goods unsuitable for resale.
      
(11) Free Return when offered will fund the return freight costs of the purchased goods via a consignment note.
 
(12) An electronic copy of the goods Purchase Invoice "must be attached" to a goods refund application.
 
(13) Refunds will not be processed until goods are returned and inspected.
 
(14) Completion of this form signifies you understand the terms stated and agree with its content.
