Safbrew T-58 Belgian Ale Yeast

Safbrew T-58 is a specialty yeast selected for its estery and somewhat peppery and spicy flavor development. It imparts bananna and cloves notes typical of a Bavarian yeast with a good sedimentation. It forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in wheat beer.
