Mangrove Jack's Blonde Lager

Mangrove Jack's Blonde Lager pours pale gold, with a thin white head. It has a sweet, fruity aroma, lush apple flavour with a soft hint of pineapple. Soft, light malt flavour with a hint of apple in the finish, very light bitterness with clean, dry aftertaste.

Each kit requires the addition of at least 1.5kg of additional liquid malt extract or 1kg of dry brewing sugar to make up to 23 litres.

Suggested dry brewing sugar: 1kg dextrose
